Skillsdev Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our users, individual students, and corporate B2B clients. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, processing, and storage in absolute compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) No. 4 of 2013 of South Africa.

2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect and process personal information necessary to deliver training services, manage exam bookings, and conduct corporate Skills Development Facilitation (SDF). This includes:
• Individual Clients/Students: Full names, Identity (ID) numbers, email addresses, contact numbers, billing details, and course registration history.
• Corporate B2B Clients: Company names, CIPC registration details, SARS tax/SDL metrics, workforce demographic summaries, and employee performance metrics required for SETA WSP and ATR compliance submissions.

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal and corporate data is collected and processed strictly for legitimate business performance and contractual obligations, including:
• Provisioning self-paced training materials, portal access, and testing licenses.
• Processing official exam voucher distributions through CompTIA and Certiport.
• Formulating and legally submitting annual Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) to relevant SETAs.
• Managing invoice transactions, accounting records, and processing localized payments.

4. DATA DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. To fulfilll our service contracts, data may be securely shared with authorized international and local partners under strict confidentiality:
• International Certification Bodies: CompTIA and Certiport (Pearson VUE) for the direct issuance of exam vouchers, seat testing allocations, and candidate verifications.
• Regulatory State Authorities: Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) for official statutory corporate SDF compliance reporting.

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
The Company maintains robust, industry-standard administrative, physical, and digital safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or manipulation of information. Data is retained only for as long as legally mandated by South African tax, labour, and educational statutes.

6. YOUR CO-REGULATOR RIGHTS
