3. EXAM VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Voucher Expiry: All digital IT exam vouchers sold on this platform (including CompTIA and Certiport licenses) are valid for a strict period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise by the vendor. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged.
• Booking Policy: Exam seat bookings on virtual testing centers must be completed at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to seat availability.
